Buy a PSD template use it to create your Css file to design your site charged at €10 this template will also have a master resale licence included sell it on ebay, your website or use it on your clients websites we recognise the importance of being able to create websites fast and to have them unique this is the reason the templates have been done in PSD format. The PSD format allows you to add extra images, brand it, make changes you want added while the bases of the template is there you will also get full support for help with coding the template on our sister site DragonStarDesign.net forums for website design.
If you dont know or dont want to waste the time coding it we can do this for €20 just contact us to request this service your template will be valid Css and valid Xhtml.
